Handmade Production Time
All Gown Viva dresses are handmade custom gowns produced individually for each order.
Each dress is crafted with careful attention to detail, and production begins once your order is placed.
Our standard production timeline is:
- Production Time: approximately 15–20 business days
Custom sizing, design modifications, or special requests may extend the production timeline slightly.
Shipping Method & Destinations
We offer international shipping through trusted carriers. Delivery availability depends on the destination country and local logistics conditions. Customers can check eligible shipping regions at checkout.
- DHL Express
DHL is our primary carrier for all international shipments.
Estimated Delivery Time
Your total estimated delivery time includes production and shipping:
Estimated Delivery Time: 19–27 business days
(Production: 15–20 business days + DHL Shipping: 4–7 business days)
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen logistics delays.
Taxes & Duties
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product price. If charged by the destination country, these fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number.
